This illuminating talk was given by Ilse Derluyn, professor at the Department of Social Work and Social Pedagogy of Ghent University, to Eurocities working groups on migration & integration and on children and young people. It details some of the issues faced especially by young or unaccompanied migrants making their journey to new homes in Europe's cities.
